Electric Skateboard, also known as the electric longboard, is a modified version of a skateboard that is driven through an electric motor, the force of which is usually controlled using electronic remote control.
Like a traditional skateboard, the board is controlled by the person riding it, shifting their weight. The remote control can be used for acceleration and stopping.
The skateboards and the remote controls are available in a variety of sizes and models.

When the board is constructed made of carbon or fiberglass, it will be lighter, stronger, and last longer. But, to my mind, wood is fine too. The deck’s bottom is typically painted or printed with a design created by the manufacturer.
The trucks are made of steel and form the central point of your board. They move the body’s weight off the deck to wheels and bearings. There is another crucial aspect the truck can turn into!
They are made of several parts, including the hanger, baseplate, bushings, kingpin, and axle. The truck is among the most critical components of the Skateboard as it will, in a way, decide how your Skateboard is going to ride.

Maintaining the bearings’ condition is vital. This is a must, which includes regular cleaning and lubrication. Bearings that have not been maintained are less efficient, have lower longevity, and will have to be replaced more frequently. Kits for cleaning and maintaining bearings are available on the market.
Grip tape is paper with an adhesive side and a smooth surface that resembles fine sandpaper on the opposite side.
Without it, there would not be sufficient friction for transferring all of your motions and forces from your feet onto the deck.
Grip tape is affixed to the board’s surface to permit the rider to remain on the board even when they are performing braking, acceleration, turn and trick tricks.
Grip tape is typically black, but it is available in different colors too. It is also possible to make the grip portion of the deck translucent. Apply sand onto the deck, and then fix it using glue spray.

Electronic Speed Controller (ESC)
The ESC is the brain of an electric skating board. It controls the amount of power the battery will provide to the motor. It connects to the battery, motor, and Bluetooth receiver and has a computer to process the data.
The ESC receives information from the Bluetooth receiver when we select to accelerate with the controller and draw the appropriate energy from it to the motor.
You can control the speed of your remote controller. There are many types of remote controllers.
Some remote controllers have a sliding button that you press forward to accelerate and reverse for stopping. Some RCs have a pull trigger that you use with your index finger to open and close the throttle.
Others require you to remove the throttle from its position for braking. Different ones have a slide wheel that allows you to adjust the speed.
Bluetooth Transmitter & Receiver
Bluetooth has made it possible to transmit signals wirelessly, an advantage for electric skateboarding.
We can now hold the remote control in our hands without worrying about wires. The Bluetooth transmitter is found inside the controller. It sends a signal back to the Bluetooth receiver.
